How to Incorporate the Formula Information in the New Sys

Hi,
Can any body tells me how to incorporate the Formula information in the R12-new system? DO we have any API's?
I have to incorporate around 500 formulas into my new system.

Which formula information do you need to incorporate? The API´s are almost the same, the changes were Org_id and Inventory_item_id, and another few...
