Context sensitive results for tests

I have a case where we want the operator to tell us the kind of problem on a test.

How can I do that?

You can create a flex field that will prompt for a different 'name' based on the test that the person is running.
For example, the person is running test A on a batch of cookies the results are how sweet the cookie is. But you also want to know how many cookies were out of shape, how many were the topping, and so on. Yes, you can prompt for the sweetness, then prompt for 'Qty Out of Shape' and 'Qty Missing Topping' to the inspector. The results for Out of Shape and Qty Missing Topping are stored in their own flex field then.
