My company sees the opportunity in a returns program, but how do we get our retailers and manufacturers on board? Can you share some ‘buy-in’ tips?

You need to show retailers and manufacturers that a good returns program provides them with critical data to track, manage, and plan critical business functions such as inventory, quality, marketing, and liquidation.
