In the webinar, we discussed how to retain cash in a tight economy through several methods. Greg Aimi, Research Director for AMR Research, discussed the general tactics and strategies to retain cash, while I, Jason Howton, discussed several customer examples where we have created cash for customers. These include:
- $600,000 annual drop in freight and expediting costs
- $900,000 annual drop due to implementing material inspection before suppliers ship
- Significant saving by implementing supplier non-conformance and quality management
- $50 Million reduction in inventory and associated fixed costs

Each of these were implemented using the business expertise within the ClearOrbit Professional services team and ClearOrbit software using the software adaptable compliant and policy enforcement engines.
