I'm using the dispensing setup for a pharmaceutical company.
My problem is encountered in a specific step which is:
the formula contains 2 ingredients one of them is a dispensed material.
when I navigate to the reponsibilty:
Dispensing Operator > Dispensing > Dispendable Material
I must enter the batch number that contains the dispendable material and with a WIP status.
When entering the specified organization that dispensing has to be done as well as the batch number, the search does not bring up the material to be dispensed : No Results found.
Can anyone please tell me why the search result contains no data.
