hi,
Can any one help me on the following issues
1. To track the Identical Resources for their individual performance I have defined each Resource under an Activity and I have repeated the same activity under One Operation to map all the resources. But the Batch planned completion time is considering only the first activity to calculate completion time and subsequent activities are not considered. How to go about it?

2. What is the ideal way to define the Formula, Routing, Step quantities under a Recipe.
3. Is there any convention for defining version number

4. If any one has screen shots for setting up Average Costing in OPM please help

1. U can use the Activity Factor in Operation form.

I will explain what Activity Factor will do : Operations are a combination of one or more activities performed in a Production batch and resource used to perform those activities.

Activity Factor simplifies data entry of the same activity several time by defining the specific no. of times that an activity is performed during an operation.
A.F is taken into consideration for Planning & Resource calculation purpose.

2. What do U mean by Ideal way.

3. No, U need to follow the std. features

4. I do not look into Costing.
